This Paper and wood Phoenix is completely hand made, the body is cut out of layered Bass wood and carved by hand. All of the feathers are hand cut and feathered with scissors before being glued and layered in the way you see here.

There are two options:

£295 for bird alone

£350 for bird displayed in box frame

Once all of the feathers are created I paint all the details in acrylic paint and then mount within it's box frame.

The wingspan of this Phoenix is approx 20cm.
